Maintain building in a clean and orderly manner. Specific functions include, but are not limited to: Mopping, sweeping, and polishing floors Trash collection, breakdown, and removal from warehouse and office areas Clean and sanitize bathroom, kitchen, and breakroom Replenish supplies as needed Perform regular inspections of workspaces to identify areas/items/equipment/materials that are in need of repair, replacement, or upgrade Perform minor quality checks on air conditioning filters, plumbing, and electrical systems; report any issues to Ops Mgr Report and mitigate any pest control issues Report all safety/hygiene issues and mitigate as possible Keep outside of building free from debris and garbage Must be able to carry/lift up to 50lbs as the garbage needs to be thrown into the dumpsters multiple times a day Perform other duties as assigned Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years of facilities experience and is customer-focused, with excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented, with a high standard for cleanliness. This is a full-time, permanent position in our Savannah warehouse location.
