Conduct industrial cleaning duties as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Buff floors and maintain floor care to ensure surfaces are polished and presentable. Assist with custodial responsibilities, including restroom sanitation and waste disposal. Carry out residential painting projects as needed Serve as a porter by managing supplies and equipment necessary for cleaning o Report any maintenance issues or safety Qualifications Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques, including buffing and industrial cleaning methods. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
