This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties. Hours are flexible. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness in commercial settings. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed. Handle waste disposal. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Follow safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment.
