The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various commercial environments. This role is essential in ensuring that all areas are kept tidy, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors alike. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service are key attributes we are looking for. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas. Ensure restrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies. Clean and maintain floors, carpets, windows, and surfaces to meet company standards. Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Able to work smart with expedience (some clients have strict time constraints for cleaning assignments). Current driver’s license Own reliable transportation Clean background Live within the area.
