un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Commercial Cleaning 1099 Subcontractor (Athens) Alliance Cleaning Services LLC compensation: Up to $1900 monthly employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Cleaning Technician relocation assistance available Contract work available in the Athens, Watkinsville, And Bogart areas. 2 nights per week Up to $1900 monthly Athens, Watkinsville, And Bogart areas.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards and guidelines
- Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Must have a team of Team of Two at a minimum
- Must be able to obtain General liability insurance
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
