Duties Perform industrial cleaning tasks in various settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained. Execute custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness standards. Conduct commercial cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas to provide a hygienic environment for employees and visitors. Assist with residential painting as needed, ensuring surfaces are prepped and finished to high standards. Serve as a porter by managing waste disposal and replenishing supplies in restrooms and break rooms. Maintain floor care through regular cleaning, buffing, and polishing of surfaces to ensure safety and aesthetics. Participate in facilities maintenance tasks as required to support overall building upkeep. Skills Proven experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
