Janitorial Tuan’s Marietta, GA 30008 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming. Conduct custodial duties including dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a well-kept environment. Handle minor repairs and maintenance tasks to uphold facility standards. Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals according to guidelines. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and kept clean at all times. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation is beneficial. Experience in floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is desirable. Ability to perform residential painting tasks may be an advantage. Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a clean workspace are essential.
