Job Description
The Park Imaging Assistant Lead will work to supervise the day-to-day operation of the Park Imaging department to include creating and maintaining a high level of park cleanliness.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Additional duties may be assigned. Management retains the discretion to change or add to the duties of this position at any time.
Ensure all departmental goals are met with a high quality of excellence
Assist team members with the cleaning and maintenance of facilities and grounds
Audit work of staff to ensure that all assigned tasks are completed at excellence
Daily routing of staff to various locations
Monitor stock levels
Monitor waste removal
Assist with set-up, breakdown, and upkeep of festivals and special events
Maintain good work relationships with catering, sales, and events staff
Upkeep of equipment, rental facilities, and party set-ups
Maintain the rolling stock of set-up chairs
Monitor the Park’s grounds to ensure quality of facilities
All other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
These are carried out in accordance with applicable safety policies and laws.
Responsibilities include:
Training, scheduling, and coaching a staff of 15+ employees
Addressing immediate employee needs
Ensuring staff adherence to all safety standards and procedural guidelines
Ensuring staff adherence to all wardrobe policies and guidelines
Required Skills & Experience

Must understand, read, write, and speak the English language
Must be able to maintain a good working relationship with coworkers
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have the ability to apply common sense understandings in order to carry out simple and complex instructions furnished orally and in written form
Must be able to identify and solve problems
Must be able to perform multiple digit addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using units of American money, weight measurement, volume and distance
Must be able to tolerate working with strong chemicals
Must have the ability to use a two-way radio to communicate with staff and departments
Must be able to work and make decisions independently without constant supervision
Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time
Must be able to use or have the ability to learn how to operate a pressure washer and gas- powered blower.
High School Diploma or education equivalent preferred
1-2 years of similar work experience in a commercial environment preferred
Must have and maintain a valid Georgia Driver’s License
Forklift certification is a plus
