Regular cleaning of Marta Train Stations On-the-job training Relaxed atmosphere “`Job Overview“` We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the operations of Marta Train Station’s. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the site, as well as managing a team of custodial staff. This is a hands-on role that requires strong leadership skills and attention to detail. “`Duties“`

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility
• Supervise and train custodial staff in proper cleaning techniques
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Regular communication with the Operations Manager on important updates “`Skills“` To be successful in this role, the Site Manager should possess the following skills:
• Experience in custodial or facilities maintenance management (required)
• Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of floor care, including buffing and other maintenance techniques
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
