⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Trash Porter (Smyrna) compensation: 20+ employment type: job title: Trash Porter We are seeking an experienced Trash Porter to maintain the exterior appearance of a property in the Smyrna area. The Porter will be responsible for keeping the parking lots clear of litter, emptying and relining communal trash containers, maintaining of trash compactor areas, leaf blowing, and reporting any illegal dumping to management. There are additional opportunities to earn extra income by hauling bulk items from the property. A truck is required for this position and additional compensation is provided. This is a full-time position and will mostly be completed during the night hours (probably midnight – 8am). A truck is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Sweep, blow, and maintain parking lots Collect and dispose of on site trash and litter Maintain dumpster areas Report illegal dumping to management Other cleaning duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance Must have reliable transportation Attention to detail and ability to work independently
