Custodian 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars Eastman, GA 31023 JOB SUMMARY The Custodian is maintaining the cleanliness of the facilities of Kencoa Aerospace including the responsibility of cleaning office areas, bathrooms, break rooms and shop areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Gather and empty trash in all areas daily Replace paper towels and bathroom tissue as needed Sweep, vacuum and mop floors in all areas as needed Dust office areas, conference room, pictures and reception area as needed Remove debris and boxes from all areas Scrubs, sanitizes and supplies all restroom facilities daily including toilets, sinks, backsplash mirrors and walls Clean all break rooms including microwaves daily Clean Machine Mats and clean entire shop floor with Tenant Sweeper once a month Clean reception area windows and doors inside and out once a month Check for spider webs and dispose of once a month Manages inventory of cleaning supplies Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

: Have a pleasant and cooperative attitude Good communication skills Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and procedures Handles the physical demands on the job, including standing and walking for most of shift. Ability to climb ladders and work at particular heights. Experience with using cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers and cleaning solutions. Possess good work ethic that includes initiative, punctuality and neatness Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior Adheres to company policy and procedures

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING

: High School Diploma or

G.E.D. WORKING CONDITIONS

: Primary work in manufacturing environment with some exposure to heat, cold and noise conditions 90% Secondary work in office 10%
