Janitor (Part-time) Rincon Inn and Suites Rincon, GA 31326 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role is crucial in supporting the overall functionality of our spaces, whether in residential or commercial settings. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness. Cleaning the windows, doors and elevator. Conduct buffing and floor care to ensure surfaces are well-maintained and presentable. Carry out custodial duties such as emptying trash bins, cleaning restrooms, and replenishing supplies. Parking & back yard or outside trash pick up Walk Way cleaning Maintain facilities through various maintenance tasks, addressing minor repairs or reporting issues as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles preferred but not required. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving items as needed.
