We’re looking for someone who’s more than just reliable—we want someone who’s motivated , detail-oriented , and excited about being a key part of a growing Airbnb business in Fayette County. This role isn’t just about cleaning and mowing (though you’ll need to do both). It’s about taking ownership, bringing ideas to the table, and helping scale a small but serious operation. If you’re the kind of person who loves the idea of being trusted to manage a space, sees a dirty bathroom and wants to make it sparkle, and also thinks it would be cool to shoot TikToks or hand out flyers to bring in more guests—this is for you. I’m the owner, and I’m committed to growing. I just need the right person who wants to grow with me. If you prove you’re dependable and driven, I’ll keep investing—into the business and into you. What You’ll Be Responsible For Clean and reset two homes after guest stays (2-4 times/week) Lawn care : mow, edge, and blow off walkways weekly Restock household supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) Check for damage and make sure the home is guest-ready before each check-in Respond to guest messages during the day (usually minimal, but must reply quickly)

Take Ownership & Earn More:

Help market the listings with flyers, local outreach, or social content Shoot short videos to help showcase the property and increase bookings Brainstorm ways to grow the business —and be part of the strategy I’ll even give you a monthly marketing budget if you want to get creative about helping us get more guests. Pay & Perks Hourly Pay:

$Rates Discussed (Estimated 20 hours per week, includes cleaning, lawn care, restocking, and listing upkeep)

Booking Bonus:
