Weinstein Properties is seeking a motivated Maintenance Porter to help with property upkeep, cleaning amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and general maintenance.

Location:

Bexley Westshore PAY:

starting at $17/hr plus quarterly bonuses.

Schedule:

This position is Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

Job Duties Include:

Daily Grounds Pick up Exterior Maintenance – paint curbs, pressure wash buildings, sweep parking areas Clean Clubhouse and Property Amenities Clean Swimming Pool Preventative Maintenance Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds a plus!
