The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet cleaning services in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and environmental services. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and hygiene of various spaces. Responsibilities Perform carpet cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation. Conduct floor care tasks including buffing and maintaining various types of flooring surfaces. Execute commercial cleaning duties as needed, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Provide custodial services that include dusting, vacuuming, and mopping as required. Assess the condition of carpets and floors to determine appropriate cleaning methods. Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring they are clean, functional, and well-organized. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service. Ability to perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently. Familiarity with custodial duties in various settings. Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
