As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of carpets in both residential and commercial settings. Responsibilities Perform carpet cleaning services using various techniques and equipment, ensuring high-quality results. Conduct thorough inspections of carpets to determine the best cleaning methods. Utilize custodial skills to maintain cleanliness in all areas serviced, including buffing and floor care. Handle environmental services with care, ensuring that all cleaning products are used safely and effectively. Communicate with clients regarding their needs and provide recommendations for carpet maintenance. Maintain and operate cleaning equipment properly, performing routine maintenance as needed. Document services performed and report any issues or concerns to management. Experience Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related custodial work is preferred but not required. Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and environmental services is a plus. Knowledge of various floor care techniques, including buffing, is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
