The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Restock supplies as needed (e.g., paper towels, soap). Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending and standing for extended periods. Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites as needed. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
