The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and well-kept. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are organized and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Good physical stamina; must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
