Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Preparation:

Perform thorough cleanings of Airbnb properties between guest stays Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Restock supplies and stage units for guest-ready presentation Follow detailed checklists and report before/after photos Ensure properties meet 5-star hospitality standards Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with clients and teammates 2.

Inspection and Quality Assurance:

Conduct detailed inspections of cleaned properties to ensure they meet our company’s cleanliness and quality standards. Address any areas needing additional attention or correction promptly and efficiently. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or discrepancies to the appropriate channels for resolution. 3.

Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain open and clear communication with the scheduling team regarding availability, assigned tasks, and any scheduling conflicts or changes. Collaborate effectively with other team members and support staff to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency. Provide feedback, suggestions, and insights to improve cleaning processes and optimize guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE W/ PROFESSIONAL STAGING

(HOTEL-STYLE) Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, with a focus on short-term rental properties. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning and sanitation. Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various properties within the designated service area. Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members. Commitment to upholding company standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and integrity. Must have limited liability insurance!!
