Commercial Cleaner Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and sanitary environments at assigned locations. Cleaners must have reliable transportation and will be assigned specific locations to service on a weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general custodial duties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed Dust and sanitize surfaces such as desks, tables, and countertops Clean interior windows and other glass surfaces Replenish restroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.) Adhere to all established cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications:
Prior experience in commercial cleaning preferred Familiarity with standard custodial practices and cleaning procedures Ability to safely operate equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other cleaning tools High attention to detail and commitment to thorough, quality work Strong time management skills with the ability to complete tasks independently Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Reliable transportation is required to travel to and from assigned job sites Must be willing to work at different locations as scheduled weekly
