The Custodial Trainer is responsible for training employees on proper protocols and procedures for cleaning and maintenance of our customer’s facility. The ideal candidate will work successfully with fellow employees and have strong communication skills. Responsibilities Conduct training for new employees and refresher training for seasoned employees Be the role model for safety protocols, use of personal protective equipment and company cleaning and maintenance policies Perform custodial and maintenance duties: vacuuming, mopping, window and surface care, trash disposal and stocking supplies Communicate professionally with co-workers, managers and customers Fill in during staff shortage Understand and exemplify customer service and satisfaction Understand reporting systems, and the information flow environment Provide performance feedback to trainee’s and their managers Report supply and equipment issues to manager Report customer feedback to manager Qualifications 1-2 years of custodial experience and training HS Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience Safety and task training certifications preferred 1+ years in a cleanroom environment preferred Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred

Shift:

Wed-Friday 7pm-3:30am and Sat & Sun 2pm-10:30pm Compensation $16.00-$17.00 per hour
