• Coordinate and communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after the job.
• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial clients.
• Clean and scrub tracks, screens, solar panels, and gutters.
• Conduct soft washing, high dusting, and power washing of brick, siding, and concrete.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness of the work van and job site.
• Take full ownership of assigned jobs, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
• Review upcoming jobs, ensure needed materials and equipment are available.
• Send arrival alerts and communicate expectations with customers.
• Delegate tasks during jobs and provide support as needed to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Conduct walk-throughs with customers to review completed work.
• Handle customer payments and promote review submissions.
• Maintain job oversight, problem-solve in real-time, and represent the company professionally. Skills and Qualifications
• No prior window cleaning experience required
• hospitality background welcomed.
• Strong communication, time management, and people skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and coachable with a team-first mentality.
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs. and perform physical tasks consistently. Additional Requirements
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Compensation $20-35/per hour (hourly rate + tips + bonus based on performance)
