We have a Veteran’s preference for hiring. We are looking for reliable, experienced residential and commercial cleaning subcontractors to play an essential part in our residential and commercial cleaning service. We are looking to build several residential and commercial cleaning teams and work individuals with leadership capabilities into team management positions. We are starting the interviewing process as soon as possible! All residential and commercial cleaning subcontractors must have the following qualifications: All applicants must be drug free, crime free, and be able to pass a background check and drug test. All applicants must be over age 18 and have at least 1 year of cleaning homes, apartments, hotels, or buildings. Do not apply for this job if you don’t have 1 year of cleaning experience that can be verified by a past employer. All applicants must have a professional appearance, be energetic and hard working, have a reliable phone, and have their own cleaning supplies. We do not supply cleaning supplies! All applicants must be fast learners and be able to work with very little supervision, take pride in your work, have excellent communication skills.

VERY IMPORTANT AND REQUIRED TO BE HIRED

All applicants must have a car to drive to each job-site or home, a valid driver’s license, and be in excellent physical condition to handle fast paced residential cleaning. All applicants must be able to handle fast pace home and commercial cleaning based on a cleaning time per home to be cleaned. •

ONLY SERIOUS CLEANING SUBCONTRACTORS THAT MEET ALL OF THE ABOVE QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
