The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while utilizing various cleaning techniques and equipment. Responsibilities Clean windows (interior and exterior) using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve a streak-free finish. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is stored properly after use. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns promptly. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at customers home’s with cleaning equipment. Requirements Previous experience in window cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Training and Equipment will be provided. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Must have a car to drive to jobs. Skills Ability and confidence to work on ladders. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Problem-solving skills.
