Apartment Cleaner (Subcontractor) Kennedy Building Management 1325 Satellite Blvd NW, Suwanee, GA 30024 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation for multifamily residences, offices, etc. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a subcontractor position. Duties Perform residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain custodial responsibilities, while managing compliance with health and safety regulations. Follow cleaning checklist and safety guidelines Requirements Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial services is required. Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
