Priority Disposal provides top quality janitorial services to a wide array of commercial clients. We rely on our Full-time/Part-time team members to help us deliver high quality services.
Schedule:
M-F, 4:00 until 8:00 Must arrive by 4:00 end time is flexible. 20-25 hours per week
THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION WITH WORK WEEK OF A MAXIMUM OF 25 HOURS. THIS POSITION IS NOT ELIGIBLE BENEFITS. THIS POSITION WILL RECEIVE PAID HOLIDAYS.
Your responsibilities: Empty trash, clean restroom/showers, kitchens, breakrooms, showroom. Collect/dispose of recyclables. Sweep, mop, vacuum all areas. Clean windows, glass partitions (weekly), and mirrors, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaners. Clean gym/ wipe down equipment. Replenish paper products and maintain the janitorial closet. Accept direction and feedback from supervisor and follows through as needed. Inform supervisor when supplies are low. Follow all manufacturer recommended procedures to properly clean and care for custodial tools and equipment after use. Complete nightly communication log.
Skills/Requirements:
Previous commercial cleaning experience required. Excellent communication skills. Able to lift 30 pounds. Neat appearance, uniform shirts are provided. Can work well independently and with a team. Must have reliable transportation.

This position typically requires stooping, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
