Lead Window Cleaner Horizon Window Cleaning Suwanee, GA 30024 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that windows are cleaned to the highest standards, contributing to the overall appearance and maintenance of our client’s properties. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Pay Training pay is $18/hr. Training lasts one month. Upon completion of training pay will be increased to $20/hr. Experienced window cleaner starting pay is $22/hr. Work Days & Hours Must be available 3 days a week. 3 consecutive days would be ideal, but there is flexibility. Most jobs start at 8am with some 6am start days a few times a month. Average hours would be at least 20 plus hours a week during busy season. Hours will dip down to about 10 hours a week during the winter . Please have a financial plan in place for the slow season. Must be available for an 8-hour day, but not every day will be 8 hours. Requirements Must have own reliable vehicle. Candidate will have to drive to different job sites every day. Work is done all over metro Atlanta. May be required to drive over 1 hour away. Miles will be compensated. Easy going personality/attitude (We like to have fun while we work). Duties Perform thorough cleaning of windows in various residential and commercial properties, ensuring streak-free results. Utilize appropriate tools to achieve optimal cleanliness while adhering to safety protocols. Operate ladders to reach high windows. Up to 30ft. Safely walk on roofs. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns. Skills Experience in professional window cleaning is preferred but not required. Will Train the correct candidate. Proficiency in ladder use is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks.
