• We are looking for a cleaning technician to provide a variety of cleaning services for commercial and residential buildings following the safety procedures, cleaning procedures, chemical lists, and training checklists provided by B and D Cleaning Services LLC.

Services include routine cleanings, post construction cleaning, and one-time deep move in/out cleanings. You must have a license and transportation to get to the jobsites. Technician must be proficient in time management and customer service. We are looking for a team player who is also motivated enough to get jobs done individually as needed. We are offering a flexible schedule. Part-time technicians are welcome. Pay is hourly but most jobs come with bonus pay or pay a “set fee” for the job which may push wages up to $20-$25 an hour. !! Cleaning technician may be trained for a ‘Team Lead’ or other roles as jobs become available. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, tables, and equipment. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. These are all examples and will change due to the specific job site you are on. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
