Job Overview:
As a Foreman – Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning at our Gainesville, GA location, you’ll be at the heart of our operations.
Responsibilities include:
Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans. Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment. Performing tasks independently without direct supervision. Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies. Effectively manage a customer route and a Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Technician.
Primary Responsibilities:
Effectively clean and service Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Systems on site at the customer. Own quality control for each customer serviced and ensure a high quality service. Effectively manage the customer route and the associated route personnel. Manage route inventory, Kitchen Guard equipment, and associated tools. Demonstrate a keen understanding of fire and life safety systems. Conduct on-site inspections to assess the client’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements to provide informed consultations. Ensure the safety and efficient installation and maintenance of fire safety equipment. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness. Problem-solving on-site challenges and make recommendations for improvement.
Physical Requirements:
Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments. Must be able to work overnight with availability from 8pm to 8am. Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet. Able to stand for 10 hours at a time. Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
