The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, and industrial spaces to ensure a clean and safe environment. Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Conduct custodial duties such as emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, and replenishing supplies. Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall cleanliness and functionality. Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Skills Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and floor care practices. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience in porter services or facilities maintenance is a plus.
