Monday and Wednesday 5pm – 7:30pm and Saturday 12pm – 2:30pm. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, including commercial government spaces. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The Cleaner will play a vital role in ensuring that all areas are well-maintained, providing a safe and pleasant environment for clients and staff. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial government properties, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and maintained. Execute floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to uphold cleanliness standards (if it applies). Conduct custodial duties such as waste disposal, restroom sanitation, and replenishing supplies as needed. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management. Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines. Maintain an organized cleaning schedule to ensure timely completion of all assigned duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness. Experience Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work is beneficial. Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is advantageous for this role. A strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently.
