Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team as a part-time janitor. This role supports our full-time janitorial staff and helps maintain the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Key Responsibilities:

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and spills Dust and wipe down flat surfaces, furniture, fixtures, walls, windowsills, and shelving Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies Maintain cleanliness and supplies in breakrooms Empty trash daily and assist with recycling paper and cardboard Disinfect high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and countertops Remove smudges and dirt from walls and surfaces Monitor and report any facility issues to the maintenance team Maintain organized and stocked janitorial closets Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings or events as needed Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines for cleaning products Take direction and provide support to full-time janitorial staff as needed Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Operational Services Why Join Us?

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required Must have a reliable way to get to and from work as scheduled Able to communicate and follow instructions in English (written and verbal) Dependable, self-motivated, and task-focused A collaborative team player with a positive attitude Strong time management and organizational skills Physically able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift/move up to 30 lbs. Prior janitorial experience is a plus
