Post Construction Cleaner Fleming’s Cleaning Co Valdosta, GA 31602 This is a 1-day temporary position for 6/13 candidates will be paid at the end of the workday. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and a commitment to ensuring that all spaces are well-kept and presentable. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain floors through buffing and floor care techniques to ensure a polished appearance. Conduct custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs or upkeep. Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Support porter duties by managing waste disposal and maintaining outdoor areas as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Skills Proficient in various cleaning techniques and equipment operation, including buffing machines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Experience in residential painting is a plus but not required. Knowledge of custodial practices and commercial cleaning procedures is essential. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks will be advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in diverse environments.
