Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness. Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts in compliance with OSHA regulations. Conduct thorough floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing as needed. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness. Experience Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with environmental services practices in healthcare or similar settings is a plus. Knowledge of OSHA standards related to cleaning and sanitation is beneficial. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
