The Lead Expert Cleaner bears the overseeing responsibility above an assigned crew of Expert Cleaners and encourages them to deliver their duties efficiently. The Lead Expert Cleaner is an implementer of strategies that align with company quality, progress and customer satisfaction goals and is someone whose singular focus is to shepherd new hires and seasoned team members alike towards a successful completion of each team task on time. It is expected from a Lead Expert Cleaner to be an advocate and nurturer of Expert Cleaner talent as well as a reliable enforcer of discipline and schedule adherence. We offer a higher starting pay scale for accepted applicants with verifiable extensive cleaner experience and supervisory level capacity.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of verifiable extensive work experience on Residential and Commercial Cleaning.
- Minimum of 2 years immersion on supervisory or managerial level experience.
- Able to utilize your own reliable vehicle for residential and commercial cleaning job assignments (Gas Card/Paid Gas Reimbursement offered).
- Internet and smart application savvy, with good quality mobile phone and knowledge of GPS use.
- Full Time. Should be available from Mondays thru Fridays from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern and every other Saturday.
- Can work overtime, when necessary.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and disseminate important Work Order details with your crew.
- Be the first and primary person of contact when arriving at a client’s job site.
- Make sure that the client’s instructions are understood and heeded by all team members.
- Lead by example. Clean as a professional and lead your crew to an orderly and glitch-free job completion.
- Help implement compliance of your team to company dress code, rules and ethical practices.
- You must be able to explain to the client how we equally allocate or split the package cleaner hours amongst the cleaners and that the expected completion time per package ordered may vary per size of crew or number of team members working at the property.
- Divide to properly delegate work assignments among team members on a job location or property.
- Must periodically monitor and perform initial quality inspections prior to completion or before arrival of Quality and Assurance Specialist.
- Ensure that customer satisfaction forms are filled out and invoices are handed to the customer after job completion.
- Collect cash, check payments, redemption coupons or gift certificates from the serviced client.
- Crew inventory management before and after each job performed in the team’s schedule. Make sure that we leave no company property or supplies behind.
- Vacuum cleaners must be fully emptied of dust and debris after every completed job.
- Report to the office immediately any issue that may affect job performance like cause of delay, complaints, no water, no electricity, possible misunderstanding with client, no access, etc.
- Rectify any issue that can be solved within your level of capacity and inform the office of the interaction for our customer records and future reference.
