The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our facilities. This position requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to perform various cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently. Duties Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, window cleaning, filtering cooking vats, parking lot pick up, garbage runs, detail area cleaning to ensure cleanliness in all areas. Conduct floor care activities such as scrubbing and mopping to maintain high standards of appearance. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and replenished as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly and efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial services or related fields such as commercial cleaning or industrial cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and maintenance is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work responsibilities.
