Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms to ensure a spotless environment. Organize and declutter spaces as needed to enhance the overall appearance of each unit assigned. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks. Follow established cleaning protocols to meet client expectations consistently. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members. Skills Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require special attention.
