The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial and commercial cleaning, as well as a strong understanding of facilities maintenance practices. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of custodial staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the facility. Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks, including floor care, buffing, and general custodial duties. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for staff. Address any issues or concerns raised by building occupants regarding cleanliness or maintenance. Skills Proven experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, and custodial services. Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and procedures. Proficiency in floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing.
