This role involves maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order across a variety of environments—including homes, offices, facilities, and common-use spaces. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes pride in their work, and delivers consistent, high-quality results across all settings.

Key Responsibilities Commercial Cleaning Duties:

Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, lobbies, breakrooms, kitchens, and other shared-use areas Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces Empty trash and recycling bins and restock supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness standards in high-traffic areas through routine inspections Communicate maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors in a timely manner Follow site-specific safety, health, and sanitation protocols

Residential Cleaning Duties:

Perform deep and routine cleaning of living spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas to maintain hygienic living environments Clean appliances, countertops, fixtures, and flooring as required Assist with light residential painting or touch-ups when needed Maintain an organized approach to tasks and supplies during visits Respect client privacy and maintain professional conduct in residential settings

General Responsibilities:

Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked, used correctly, and maintained Follow cleaning checklists and schedules efficiently Safely handle cleaning chemicals and materials according to company procedures Accurately track assignments, time logs, and equipment usage Uphold Quinvelle Cleaning’s standards of professionalism and quality service at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively in English Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards Ability to work independently or as part of a team Time management and task prioritization skills Professional, courteous, and respectful in all client interactions Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial cleaning preferred but not required Knowledge of floor care and carpet cleaning techniques (buffing, vacuuming, mopping, etc.) a plus Why Join Quinvelle Cleaning?
