The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Perform residential cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Launder linens and other fabrics as needed to ensure cleanliness and freshness. Manage housekeeping tasks in accordance with established standards and protocols. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions. Conduct thorough floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing cleaning supplies and equipment. Assist with commercial cleaning tasks when necessary, ensuring all areas meet hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and sanitation procedures.
