What your day will look like:

Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trimCleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areasSweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floorDusts furniture and equipmentWashes walls, ceiling, and woodworkWashes windows, door panels, and sillsEmpties wastebasketsTransports trash and waste to disposal areaReplenishes bathroom suppliesSets up tables and chairs in auditorium or hallPerforms appropriate duties as assigned by managementWhat you need to succeed:

Minimum age 18 years oldPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by position and compliance with UNITED safety policiesRegular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the jobAbility to read, write and speak English Ability to maintain a neat professional appearance within Company guidelinesAbility to maintain safety and security of Company assetsAbility to utilize all Company provided resources and technologyLess than high school education; or up to 1-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to be adaptable and self-motivatedPhysical RequirementsPosition will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program.
