This role involves performing maintenance tasks, cleaning, and sanitizing various areas within the industrial environment and production settings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling physical demands associated with industrial maintenance. Duties Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Perform custodial duties including cleaning and sanitizing work areas to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. Execute industrial cleaning tasks, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Training to assist in the repair of equipment as necessary. Engage in production maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency. Carry out heavy lifting tasks as required for moving equipment or materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance activities are completed effectively and efficiently. Skills Knowledge of custodial practices and industrial cleaning techniques. Ability to clean and sanitize various surfaces and equipment effectively. Familiarity with production processes and standards. Experience working in warehouse settings is a plus. Strong capability to fabricate minor repairs on equipment as needed. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
