This is a part-time role that will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing basic cleaning and maintenance tasks. Tuesdays and Thursdays :

approximately 20 hours a week. The rate of pay is $18-$20 per hour. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly. Empty trash and recycling bins following company guidelines. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel. Perform basic maintenance tasks such as replacing ceiling tiles, replacing A/C filters, changing light bulbs, and refilling paper products twice a week. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Check the chiller timer during weekly cleanings. Qualifications Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and a desire to do quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus. Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs. and handle repetitive tasks. Willingness to work a flexible schedule if needed.
