Facility Day Cleaning Porter Advanced office Care 5353 Essen Lane, Baton Rouge, LA 70809 Advanced Office Care is seeking a facility porter to clean for several tenants inside of the Essen Lane Business Center. Clean background, drivers license, and dependable transportation are required. The ideal candidate would be someone who is committed to being with our company long term and has proven they are a dependable through their past or previous work history. Using light backpack vacuums are required. Current shift times are flexible between the approximate hours of 2-6pm Monday through Friday. located near the Womans hospital across street from skate galaxy. Job duties include but are not limited to: Patrolling common spaces for spills and debris. Emptying & disposing of trash in tenants spaces. Sweeping and mopping floors in offices and corridors. Vacuuming carpet & rugs using backpack vacuums. Clean restrooms and restocking frequently. Communicating and completing assignments from the facility manager. Cleaning break areas and kitchens. Following directions, stocking supplies and organizing chemicals. Detailing dusting, cleaning glass, polishing, etc.
