The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, sanitary, and pleasant environment for employees, customers, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties, with an emphasis on commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance. Responsibilities Perform interior cleaning of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment Vacuum, sweep and mop floors Dust furniture and fixtures Wash and clean windows and mirrors Disinfect commonly used items including desks, phones, door handles, and designated office tools Ensure trash and recycling bins are emptied Clean, sanitize and maintain restrooms Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed Stock and maintain supply rooms Perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment and tools Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions Preferred Qualifications Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required. Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums and floor polishers. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods. Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks. Reliability and a positive work attitude.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Stand, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday. Work in a variety of environments and handle cleaning chemicals safely. Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check
