The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Time frame for cleaning is between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning or post-event clean-up. Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding tasks completed and any issues encountered. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
