Base Pay:

Hotel Rooms Fun and Free Employee Events Roles and Responsibilities:

Must be able to use of heavy duty floor equipment, Knowledge of carpet and floor care. Must be able to use of ladder/scissor lift to high dust casino/venues. Clean venues including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, clean upholstery as needed Cleans all casino areas, including sweeping and picking up trash, vacuuming carpets, wiping surfaces and retrieving glass items. Cleans restrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks, sweeping and mopping floors, deep cleaning of slot machines and stools and wiping surfaces. Empty trash cans and take trash to the designated area. May be required to clean up potential Blood Borne Pathogens. Must accurately follow all safety procedures, guidelines, or precautions when cleaning up potential Blood Borne Pathogens. Performs other reasonable business related duties as assigned. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies . Suggests players in Caesars Rewards, Caesars Rewards App, Play by CR, and Caesars Rewards Visa. Suggests products, services and experiences to guests.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age. Six months previous utility porter experience required. Must be able to do cleaning up to 50 feet high. Must have knowledge of carpet extraction, stripping and waxing floors, scaffolding, lifts, and ladders. Heavy lifting required Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain knowledge of current property events, promotions and attractions. Must have outgoing personality and be able to generate business. Must be able to work independently, with little supervision. Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently. Must present a well-groomed appearance. Must adhere to uniform/appearance requirements. Able to accept direction of Leadership.

Physical, Mental & Environmental Demands:

Must be able to maneuver in casino areas, up and down stairs and reach above shoulder level. Able to push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work in temperatures in hot and cold temperatures. Able to use and operate vacuum cleaners, floor cleaning equipment, dustpans and brooms. Must be able to work around crowded areas. Able to read labels on chemical bottles. Able to stoop, bend, reach and pull trash around casino and restroom areas. Able to read, write and speak English sufficiently to perform job. Available to work special events holidays and weekends. Ability to tolerate cigarette/cigar smoke and e-cigarette vapor. Responds to visual and aural cues. Able to stand and walk for extended periods. Able to sit, stoop, reach and bend
