The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Duties Perform industrial cleaning tasks in restaurant settings. Clean and maintain floors, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing as necessary. Conduct regular custodial duties such as dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces. Wiping down and sanitizing tables, chairs, and high touch areas Clean kitchen area, including countertops, sinks, and appliances Cleaning bar area, including countertops, sinks and appliances Restock cleaning supplies Ensure Windows and countertops are spotless Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the property. Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility. Support porter duties by ensuring common areas are tidy and presentable at all times. Requirements Previous experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred. Knowledge of custodial procedures and floor care techniques. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
