Job Duties/ Skills Required:
Maintains all janitorial / cleaning requirements of the building including: Emptying all trash cans and paper shredders. Sweeping and mopping as directed. Cleaning sinks and toilets in bathrooms and in the kitchen. Cleaning baseboards in specific areas. Cleaning window ledges in specific locations. Dusting specific areas. Cleaning dining tables before and after lunch. Ensuring that the Janitorial closet is kept tidy and stocked. Cleaning air conditioner filters and doors once per month. Cleaning all door knobs and handles with proper sanitizing/cleaning products. Cleaning windows and door glass as directed. Assists with moving, arranging, or organizing offices or facilities. Assists with loading, pickup, and delivery of supplies as needed.
