Job Description
Cleaner/Groundskeeper First Resource Management Company Springfield, MA 01105 Job Overview The Cleaner/Groundskeeper is responsible for performing cleaning and grounds keeping at his/her property in accordance with company standards to help ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives Duties Responsible for maintaining and cleaning the exterior grounds, interior hallways, basements, laundry rooms as well as all common areas of the property. The Cleaner/Groundskeeper will clean the grounds by picking up trash, papers, emptying outside trash receptacles and blowing debris from sidewalks, cleaning dumpster areas, etc.
Additional responsibilities include:
Cleaning apartments, including kitchens and bathrooms, appliances, windows, etc. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to maintain grounds. Maintain pathways, driveways, and other outdoor surfaces by clearing debris and ensuring cleanliness. Assist with seasonal landscaping projects such as planting flowers or installing mulch as well as snow removal in the winter months. Collaborate with team members to ensure all groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently Position requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting, moving, carrying (light to heavy weight material, appliances, equipment), climbing ladders/stairs, and walking on rooftops. Skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and aesthetics in outdoor spaces.

From $21.25 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
